Terms of Purchasing:
We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, savings may be achieved by ordering larger quantities as well as our free shipping for orders over $100 (within Australia only), or by using the 'pick up in salon' option.
All orders are to be placed via our website.
No verbal or telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure or personal information.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
Due to the volatile price movement of ingredients, prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Orders confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price for that order only.
Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.
Once an order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to change of mind or an incorrectly placed order, will be treated as a change of mind return. Please refer to our 'Returns policy' for further information.
All products sold are not for human consumption or ingestion or are to be used for any health related claims. They are for external use only and not for any other intended purpose.
Payments:
All orders must be paid for and cleared by accounts before shipment/delivery.
Payments for order placed on the website must be made via Credit Card. Your credit card details are never stored. If wishing to shop in salon, payments may be made in cash also.
Freight & Delivery:
Prices do not include Postage or delivery. A flat rate of $12 per order will be charged at time of checkout. Goods will be shipped using Australia Post.
All orders should be checked and any discrepancies or errors must be lodged within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Please refer to our 'Returns Policy' for more information.
Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.
Any re-shipping fees will be issued by invoice and payable by square link (via phone call) or direct bank transfer to the bank details stated on the invoice. We cannot accept online/website credit card or AfterPay payments for the re-shipping fees. For all shipping and delivery information, please refer to our 'Shipping' page.

Promotions or Specials:
All promotions, such as free shipping, promoted via the website, Facebook and other marketing channels, are for Australia only.
Liability:
If products are not stored correctly, this may alter the stability and nature of the products. In addition, if used with other ingredients, this may result in product stability issues. Trish's shall not be held liable for this.
Always read the ingredients label prior to use and check with your health care professional if you have any concerns. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Liability is limited to the value of the goods only and does not include any losses, including consequential losses.

Package contents and/or packaging used are at our discretion and may vary from time to time.

Refund and Returns Policy
Order discrepancies or Damaged Goods:
If, for any reason, your products is faulty, incorrect or damaged, please email us at admin@trishs.com.au, accompanied with photographs and your order details.
Notification must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. No claims will be accepted after three (3) days from receipt of goods.
After a claim has been made and approved, the return must be sent within fourteen (14) days.
Customers are liable fir return postage charges.
Once the item(s) have been received and assessed by us, an exchange products will be sent to you. If the product is no longer available (i.e. sale items), a similar substitute product will be offered. If this not possible, a refund may be offered via direct bank deposit.
Due to the nature of our products being for personal use, we do not accept returns of used or opened products.
As all our products are handmade with love, there may be slight variations of colours and shapes to what is pictured on the website. In addition, some fragrances may vary slightly. Returns of this nature will not be accepted.
As we are a home-based business, our return shipping address will only be provided upon an approved return.
Order Cancellations & Change of Mind:
We can accept returns and order cancellations for incorrect choices or change of mind - for a store credit ONLY. We do not provide refunds for order cancellations or change of mind returns.
If you would like to arrange for a return, please email us at admin@trishs.com.au within ten (10) days of receiving your goods. accompanied by photographs, your order details and the items you wish to return for approval by Trish's.
Written approval via email must be obtained from Trish's prior to returning any products. No credit will be issued without written approval from Trish's.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused and undamaged. If the product is or forms part of a kit or gift pack, the entire kit or gift pack and its contents must be returned in its original state as noted above. If any items are missing or damaged, a credit will not be issued.
Return requests must be made within ten (10) days from receipt of your order. We will not accept any return requests made after this time frame.
A store credit will only be issued once the item(s) have been received and assessed by Trish's.
Any store credits issued are only valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. They will expire one (1) year and one (1) day from the date of issue. Example: Store credit issued on the 30 August 2024 will expire on 31 August 2025.
As we are a home-based business, our return shipping address will only be provided upon an approved return.
Unclaimed or Returned orders:
Unclaimed: if your order is redirected to your local Post Office and you fail to collect your order within the Post Office's stipulated timeframe 9usually 1 week), your order will be returned to us.
Incorrect Address: If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
If either of the above occurs and you would like your order re-shipped, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee equal to the amount of the original shipping cost of your order. Where free shipping was received, you will be liable to pay the re-shipping fee of $12.
You will be issued an invoice for any re-shipping fees, which is payable by square link (via phone call) or direct bank transfer only. We cannot accept online/website credit card or AfterPay payments for re-shipping fees.
Any unclaimed or returned parcels that you would prefer to receive a store credit for instead of being re-shipped, will have a $5.00 return/admin fee deducted from the credit amount.
If your order is returned to us and we do not have any response from you after 14 days of our attempted contact, your order will be cancelled and applied as a store credit less the original cost of shipping as well as a $5 admin fee.
We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or returned orders.
Gift Cards/Vouchers: as per Australian law, gift cards and vouchers are redeemable for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Please check your voucher for the expiry date and voucher number.
